I have used Lertap since 2002 for CTT high-stakes testing. I have found it to be dependable and easy to learn (as compared to most other software). The graphs Lertap produces have helped show our staff and volunteers how the statistics and the graphs work together to indicate an item's performance. I use 3 different software scoring processes to ensure that the scoring is correct. But Lertap is the software I go to for further studies once the scoring is completed.

Dr. Nelson has provided exceptional support the few times I have had problems.
